Graduate Trainee Programme
The 3-Year Graduate Trainee Programme is aimed at recent (previous 18 months) graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) with limited or no work experience, and who are willing to commit for the full term of the programme.
As a Graduate Trainee, it is essential that you are adaptable and able to learn quickly and contribute positively in various roles across different departments.
At the end of the programme, you will take up a position in the company based on your personal preference and the areas of competence you have demonstrated.

In the Business Development team, you will plan and implement marketing strategies, market research, product development as well as oversee all distribution channels.
As an underwriting professional, you will set underwriting policy for the Fire and Accident business, review the company’s business performance in order to adjust underwriting policies, and work closely with risk management, marketing and claims management to make decisions that are directly linked to MSIG’s overall profitability. In the course of your work, you will learn to conduct business portfolio analyses and risk referrals.
As part of the claims team, you will gain experience in managing and adjusting claims, ranging from small personal claims to large commercial claims, and participate in claims investigations.
